I am an organized person; make plans for my every next step. I am also a hard worker person, able to work individually or as a team, result oriented, have a strong will to study about something new and loyal to my jobs. In the other hand, my habit to make plans reduces my ability to act spontaneous, especially when I have to make a fast decision.
