ICT Application Support
- Business application system area responsibility
- Providing 1st level application support on application operation, troubleshooting and end-user training, and second level support on bug fixing.
- Manage relationship with vendor and user including incident management ensuring coordination, communication and resolution,
- Monitoring of business application system to ensure system availability is achieved based on SLA
- Contribution on backup Strategy and restore testing, capacity planning, system maintenance to ensure business application availability
- Produce knowledge base of user manual, troubleshooting guides, FAQs and technical notes.
- Support Application support Manager in making effort/estimation to implement business requirement into business application including external/outsourced development
