Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in IT or
related discipline
At least 3 years of
working experience in IT
support and working in
telecommunications related
company will be preferable.
Having certification like
CCNA, CCNP, MCP, MCSE is
preferable
Experience in:
- Designing LAN and WAN
- Configuring and trouble-
shooting Cisco equipment
Router/Switches/Firewall
- Familiar with SSL VPN
(Avantail, etc)
- Familiar with Windows
and Linux environment
- Familiar with E-mail
system, Squid Proxy
Server, Monitoring, DNS,
etc.
Good communication skill,
highly motivated and
excellent logical thinking
are required
Able to work hard under
tight schedules,
independently or as a team
and remain highly
motivated.
Willing to work flexible
hours when required
Have driving license(Type
A or C) is preferable
Able to manage and support
LAN, WAN and extranet
Able to manage and support
Windows, UNIX and Linux
system
Able to quickly isolate
and trouble-shoot any PC,
network, system and
application problems
Able to handle various
kinds of vendors and work
closely with Telco
Onsite support customer
located in Jakarta
(Sunter), Bekasi
(Cibitung / Karawang and
Cikampek).
