- Support sales team on proposal and solution to customer - Meet customer to understand user requirement and come out with proposals - Prepare solution proposals - Generate Bill of Materials for quotations - Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required - Costumer presentation and clarifications - Functions as fully qualified system engineer by providing technical support, training, installation, and provisioning support - Support sales in tendering and bidding process - Maintaining level on solution and consultancy for customers - Maintaining level of expertise and certification through passion for learning - Technical knowledge in ITSM, programming languages, Networking, Hardware, mission Critical-High Availability concept, Enterprise Servers, Storage Solution GENERAL REQUIREMENT • Male or Female, not more than 30 years old • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Diploma, or Professional Degree from any discipline (Computer Science / Information Technology will be an advantage) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Fluent in English both oral and written
