MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
(Surabaya based)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

To undergo the 2 (two) years structured developmental program across Operations functions within Filtrona group to reach the vision of being the future leader in Filtrona.

REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION
• Preferably fresh graduate from reputable university.
• S1 from Engineering Degree with min. GPA 3.00.
(Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).

WORK SKILLS
Essential
• Excellent English communication.
• Excellent general verbal skills – able to present information and ideas to all levels of staff.
• Good computer skills.
Desirable
• Ability to demonstrate delivering projects in a timely manner.

GENERAL SKILLS / ATRIBUTES
Essential
• Must be able to display ‘leadership potential’ qualities.
• Must have aspirations for career development.
• Must have a positive attitude towards international mobility (within their career) and international travel (as part of their job).
• General self confidence.
Desirable
• Good attitude towards team work.
• An appetite for hard work.
• Should be able to demonstrate an understanding of commercial environments.

EXPERIENCE
Desirable:
• Industry experience MAX. 2 years.

OTHERS
Essential:
• Willing to work in Surabaya.
