• Candidate must posses at least Diploma Degree.
• Required skills: Familiar with Window XP and other Microsoft OS, Connectivity, TCP/IP, Remote Desktop, PC/Desktop Troubleshooting and Active Directory
• Applicant must be willing to work nearby Kebun Jeruk, Jakarta Barat and in Singapore
• Applicant must be able to work with minimum supervision and expose to ad-hoc task.
Responsibility:
1st line Support Analyst required to be based on a busy Service Helpdesk in Singapore. Troubleshoot problems and advice on the appropriate action.
The role is 1st Line Support and base on a IT Service Helpdesk. Fluency in English is a must. Able to communicate in Mandarin language is desirable.
This is an IT Help Desk that supports the back office system for 120 branches over Singapore. The role is all remote support. Suitable applicant will need to have a good technical aptitude and be familiar with Window XP and other Microsoft OS, Connectivity, TCP/IP, Remote Desktop, PC/Desktop Troubleshooting and Active Directory.
The hours will be : 06.00-15.00 or 13.00-22.00, 6 days/week
