- Have 2 – 3 years experience as System Analyst
- Strong knowledge and skill to specify business requirement
- Strong knowledge and skill in modeling language and RDBMS
- Strong knowledge and skill in SDLC
- Deeply understands one of modeling tool
- Microsoft Certification (MCAD/MCSD/MCDBA) or Oracle Certification (OCP)
- Have good communication skill & analytical problem solving skill
- Excellent skill in design database, application and testing scenario
- Able to work under pressure
