Qualification: 
Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent, Fresh Graduates or max. 1 year experience in programming

Possess good skill and knowledge in application programming, such as Delphi, VB (VB6 & VBNet), Web Application, SQL Server, preferably familiar with Crystal Reports and MySQL
Eager and able to learn new technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies
Good command in English
Hardworking, good attitude, good interpersonal and communication skill, good team work, and able to perform under pressure
