Job Description
 General clerical duties including make phone call, and sending email
 Assisting in writing reports and analysing data
 Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
 Writing online content
 Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
 Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
 Handle requests for information and data
 Deputising for the senior, making decisions and delegating work to others in the senior's absence
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Willing to travel frequently local and overseas

 Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
 Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
 Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
 Friendly, Good Attitude and cheerful
 Overseas travelling will be required.
 Candidates must be able to work independently and have team work spirit.
