Requirements: • Minimum graduate or post-graduate MBA holder in Business, Economics or Engineering; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply • Experienced in consultancy, working across matrix organizations, across different countries would be an added advantage • Strong communication skills – both English and Bahasa Indonesia • Strong leadership/interpersonal/commercial acumen, proven ability to influence indirect/virtual teams • Proven project management, co-ordination of project teams, accountability for delivery within agreed deadlines

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for managing brand portfolio across all categories including media planning, media buying, media innovation, celebrity management, BTL activation programs and tactical consumer promotions.
• Developing and enhancing competitive position, including brand health, volume and value share.
• High interest and passion to work in Marketing, especially in Lubricant industry
