HC Manager Job Summary :
1. Lead Recruitment Efforts: Oversee recruitment processes for all hospital units, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
2. Manage Payroll Operations: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for head office and 6 hospital units, including benefits administration.
3. Handle Tax Compliance: Administer PPh 21 tax calculations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
4. Coordinate HR Services: Provide comprehensive HR support and maintain consistency of HR practices across head office and hospital units.
5. Optimize HR Processes: Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction across all locations.
6. Support Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee queries and issues related to HR policies, payroll, and recruitment across all units.

Clinical Psychologist :
1. Conduct Comprehensive Psychological Assessments
Perform detailed evaluations to assess patients' mental health, including interviews, standardized tests, and clinical observations. Diagnose a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.

2. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans
Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities suited to the patient’s needs.

3. Provide Ongoing Psychotherapy
Offer individual or group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing emotional, cognitive, and behavioral issues. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.

4. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for patients.

5. Contribute to the Development of Assessment Tools
Assist in the development, refinement, and validation of psychological assessment instruments and therapeutic programs to enhance patient outcomes and improve clinical practices.

6. Maintain Accurate and Confidential Patient Records
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

7. Engage in Continuous Professional Development
Stay updated with the latest research, clinical techniques, and advancements in the field of psychology through ongoing education, training, and attending relevant conferences or workshops.

8. Provide Crisis Intervention and Support
Offer immediate psychological support in crisis situations, such as during acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, and refer patients to appropriate care when necessary.

9. Promote Mental Health Awareness
Educate patients and the community about mental health issues, the importance of early intervention, and available resources for support and treatment.

10. Maintain Professional and Ethical Standards
Uphold the highest ethical standards in patient care, including respecting patient confidentiality, maintaining professional boundaries, and adhering to the ethical guidelines of the psychological profession.
