Qualification:
Requirements:
• Candidate must posses at least Diploma Degree.
• Required skills: Familiar with Window XP and other Microsoft OS, Connectivity, TCP/IP, Remote Desktop, PC/Desktop Troubleshooting and Active Directory
• Applicant must be willing to work nearby Kebun Jeruk, Jakarta Barat and in Singapore
• Applicant must be able to work with minimum supervision and expose to ad-hoc task.
Responsibility:
1st line Support Analyst required to be based on a busy Service Helpdesk in Singapore. Troubleshoot problems and advice on the appropriate action.
The role is 1st Line Support and base on a IT Service Helpdesk. Fluency in English is a must. Able to communicate in Mandarin language is desirable.
